北の絵コンテ大賞

北海道には雄大な自然や明瞭な四季、安全・安心でおいしい食、自然と共生してきた北国独特の文化など、さまざまな魅力や特色があります。

道では、こうしたテーマに沿ったシナリオ（プロット）をもとに絵コンテ作品を募集し、大賞作品を決定するコンテストを実施します。大賞作品はアニメーション化し、様々な場面で発信していきます。

Hokkaido’s appeals are many and varied; a land of majestic nature where the four seasons stand distinct, blessed with delicious cuisine of the highest safety standards, and home to a unique northern culture developed in harmony with nature.

The Hokkaido Government runs a storyboard contest and is currently accepting entries for works with scenarios/plots based on these themes. The grand prize-winning work will be animated and broadcast in a variety of places.
